Temu’s US policy lists five–14 business days, potentially up to 30 days, for refunds to the original payment account after processing. Returned goods normally must arrive and pass inspection first. No complete method-specific arrival interval is supplied here.

Most items have a 90-day purchase-based return window, with exclusions. Most electronics have seller-dependent 45-, 60- or 90-day windows. Submit Return/Refund in Your Orders and postmark the package within 14 days after the request.
Temu credit is an alternative destination, generally faster than original-payment refunds. The policy says it usually cannot be reversed after processing and generally cannot be redeemed for cash. A discretionary advance refund can be charged back if return requirements are not met.

Ships from Temu or procured by Temu items can be cancelled before Packed. Ships from seller or local warehouse items use a before-Shipped limit; after 30 minutes seller confirmation may be needed, and the seller makes the final decision.
If cancellation is unavailable, check the delivered item’s Return/Refund eligibility and return instructions. A return request is not automatic approval.

No. Temu-procured items use a before-Packed cutoff, while seller/local-warehouse items use before-Shipped and can require seller confirmation after 30 minutes. Inspect the label and status for each item.

Is a Temu credit refund the same as money back to my card?
