Temu submits the refund transaction to their gateway within 24 to 72 hours of return acceptance. Because transactions settle through cross-border payment processors, US card issuers and credit unions can take 5 to 14 business days to clear the funds to your card statement.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed on Temu?

Temu provides a 5.00 USD credit for standard shipping delays if delivery passes the latest estimated arrival date. If tracking shows no updates for 15 days, you can request a full reshipment or immediate refund through the Purchase Protection Program.
