For approved Google Play refunds, cards and PayPal are estimated at three–five business days, sometimes up to 10 business days. A Cancelled order was never charged and may show no separate credit; Refunded indicates a refund. These Play estimates do not cover every Google product.

For Play apps, games and in-app purchases, a request within 48 hours may qualify depending on the purchase. After 48 hours, Google directs the customer to the developer. This is conditional eligibility, not automatic approval or a 15-minute decision guarantee.
Play balance refunds are listed at one business day, occasionally up to three business days, and appear in the Play account. They are distinct from card/PayPal credits. Do not apply a universal instant-credit estimate.

Cancelling or returning

Sign in to the Google Account holding the Play subscription and open subscriptions in Google Play.
Select the subscription, choose Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
Check what happens to the current paid period. For a committed payment plan, stopping renewal does not cancel remaining current-plan installments; refund exceptions use the separate Play policy.
If the item is absent, check other Google Accounts and the actual billing service/provider before applying Play instructions.

Why is a Google Play order marked Cancelled without a refund credit?

Google says Cancelled means the order was never charged, so no credit appears. Refunded is a different status. Compare the actual order and bank record instead of treating every disappearing authorization as a new refund.

Does deleting a Play app stop subscription charges?

No. Open the subscription in the Google Account that purchased it and use Cancel subscription. Committed payment-plan installments can remain due after stopping renewal.

Can I use the Play refund policy for a GOOGLE *STORAGE or YouTube charge?
