What we do with reports

Reports are read by a human and used to add new entries, correct outdated ones, and update source links. We don't ask for account numbers, and we can't help with individual disputes — for those, your bank has the final word.

Corrections

If a page cites something wrong, or a support link has gone stale, email us with the page URL and what you found. Every charge page on this site is verified against official sources, and we update entries with a review date when anything changes.
