1. Open Your Account and Autoship Manager to inspect the schedule that generated the order. Cancel the Autoship there or through published customer care for future shipments.
2. Check the pre-shipment email for the upcoming order’s edit/cancel period. The current Autoship terms end it at midnight on the day before the designated ship date; cancelling a schedule does not prove an already shipped order was stopped.
3. For a return, open Order history, select the item and Start a return when offered. Use View return details for the actual instructions; ask Pharmacy about prescription items.
