  2. If the order is still Unpaid or Processing, click Cancel Order.
  3. For shipped orders, wait for delivery, click Return Item, select return reasons, and print the prepaid USPS/UPS return label.
  4. Drop off the parcel at the designated carrier location within 35 days of purchase.

A SHEIN Wallet refund credits your app balance within 24 hours of package receipt. If you choose original payment, funds travel through international and domestic banking networks, which requires 2 to 7 business days (or up to 14 days depending on your bank).

Can I transfer SHEIN Wallet funds to my bank account?

Yes. Log into your SHEIN account, open My Wallet, and select Withdraw. The requested funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the order within 2 to 7 business days.
