Breeze sells tickets under three fare tiers: Nice, Nicer, and Nicest. The base Nice fare is typically the cheapest and bills on its own under this descriptor. Nicer and Nicest bundle in seat selection, carry-on bags, or checked luggage and will show a higher total. BreezePoints loyalty award tickets may also produce small cash co-pay charges under the same descriptor. If a family member or friend booked travel using your card, or if you added a passenger to an existing itinerary, an additional charge will appear for their seat at whatever fare you selected.

Under DOT consumer protection rules, any Breeze ticket can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method, provided the departure is at least 7 days away. After that window closes, Breeze does not charge cancellation fees — instead, the ticket value converts into BreezePoints credit valid for 24 months.
