Understanding Zynga Game Transactions
Unreviewed registry note: Seeing ZYNGA *GAMES STORE on your financial statement indicates a mobile gaming purchase billed by Zynga Inc. (Take-Two) for popular social games like Words With Friends, CSR Racing, or Zynga Poker. This transaction typically represents Zynga Inc. Words With Friends & Mobile Social Game In-App Purchases, such as virtual coin bundles, extra lives, vehicle upgrades, power-ups, or ad-free monthly passes.
Unreviewed registry note: Many unexpected charges occur because children, teenagers, or other household members make authorized or accidental microtransactions on shared tablets or smartphones without parental consent. Because mobile purchases are processed through smartphone application stores, billing receipts are generated by Apple App Store or Google Play Store rather than the game publisher directly. A single gameplay session can produce multiple consecutive charges as players buy in-game items or currency packs.
Unreviewed registry note: To review your purchase history, check active receipts, or request transaction assistance, inspect your mobile app store purchase records or visit the official game support portal at zynga.com/support.
