The short answer
The registry records SEMrush Subscription as a possible interpretation of SEMRUSH INC. This descriptor-to-company association has not passed claim-level evidence review. Compare the exact line, amount and posted status with your own receipt or account activity; the name alone cannot confirm the merchant or whether you authorized the payment.
The notes below are unreviewed registry explanations, not confirmation of merchant identity, authorization or current policy. Claim-level source review is pending for this entry.
Why is SEMrush charging my card?
Unreviewed registry note: A charge displaying SEMRUSH INC represents a recurring software subscription fee from SEMrush Inc. for its comprehensive online visibility and digital marketing analytics platform. Businesses and marketing agencies use this software suite for search engine optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis, and advertising campaign tracking.
Unreviewed registry note: This statement entry appears when your monthly or annual corporate subscription plan automatically renews. Because marketing and SEO teams frequently purchase professional software licenses using company credit cards, charges often appear under the corporate vendor name without individual employee identifiers.

Is this a fraud risk?
A registry match cannot establish that you authorized a transaction or that it is safe. Compare the original account records. If you did not authorize a payment, contact your issuer promptly through its official channel.
