Use the cancellation control for the correct product
For Premium, open Account → Wallet → Subscriptions → Wag! Premium → Manage subscription. On iOS, select Unsubscribe, then follow the reason and confirmation prompts. Check the resulting expiry date. Wag! says membership benefits normally continue through the current term after cancellation; a cancellation confirmation is not a refund confirmation.
For an individual booking, use Schedule and the selected service’s Cancel service control instead. The service article warns that cancellation fees may apply. Keep the booking and membership decisions separate: ending Premium does not establish that an upcoming walk was cancelled, and cancelling a walk does not establish that Premium renewal stopped.

Check a pending amount and the refund question
Wag!’s discount help describes a full-amount preauthorization at booking, with eligible discounts applied when the completed service is charged. A pending amount can therefore differ from the service receipt. This explanation does not decide whether two posted entries are duplicates or establish when your bank will release reserved funds.
Premium refund eligibility is conditional. The inspected help describes possible eligibility when no benefits were used and cancellation occurs within three days of purchase or renewal, followed by prompt support contact. It provides no bank-arrival interval. Ask support to compare your actual membership record and eligibility; this site cannot approve a refund.
