Sign in at my.roku.com and open Purchase history and invoices. Review Content or Products invoices. Direct streaming-service purchases do not appear in Roku purchase history, so check the Netflix record as well.
Roku’s unrecognized-charge article recommends checking other accounts and emails. To identify the account linked to a device, open Settings, System, then About. An empty history in one account is an incomplete investigation, not proof of a mislabelled Netflix charge.

Follow the route for the subscription you actually find
For a subscription managed through Roku, open my.roku.com/subscriptions, select the active subscription, choose Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew. Roku’s guidance directs directly purchased streaming subscriptions to the service provider instead.
Save the confirmation and billing-period end date for the identified subscription. The inspected Roku pages do not establish a current Netflix-through-Roku arrangement for this exact descriptor.
