Paymentus says payment receipts come from the @paymentus.com email domain. Search your inbox for that domain around the statement date; the receipt should name the biller. If you paid by phone or did not give an email address, Paymentus lists 1-800-420-1663 and asks for the service provider's name and your account or confirmation number.

AutoPay and unrecognized payments
