Find the billing party and the payment record
Hulu's help center says subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually. If you pay through Disney, Spotify, T-Mobile or Verizon, Hulu directs you to that company for billing details.

Small or unexpected HULU amounts

Cancelling a Hulu-billed subscription
For Hulu-billed subscriptions, the cancellation article describes the steps from a computer or mobile browser: go to the Account page, select Cancel under Your Subscription, choose Continue to Cancel if a pause offer appears, then select Cancel Subscription. The Account page should then say the subscription will be canceled, and Hulu sends a confirmation email to keep. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle without further charges. If a third party bills you, its own cancellation steps apply.

Refunds and charges you did not make
Hulu says it may issue refunds at its sole discretion. A refund that Hulu issues appears in Billing History, and Hulu says it can take 7 to 10 business days to show on a bank statement. That is a posting estimate, not a promise of approval.
If no Hulu account in your household explains the line and you think your card was used without permission, contact your card issuer promptly through its official app or the number on the card, ask about replacing the card, and keep a record of your calls and letters.
