Find the account behind the charge
Crunchyroll's cancellation guide says the Membership Info page (profile icon, then Settings, then Membership Info) shows how a membership is billed. A membership started in the Crunchyroll app is linked to an Apple or Google account. A membership started through Amazon Prime Video, The Roku Channel, PlayStation or YouTube is managed on that service, and an Amazon or Roku signup may not show account settings on Crunchyroll's own site at all.
Crunchyroll's unknown-charge article suggests first checking with your household, since a family member or someone in a shared Google or Apple family plan may have signed up with your payment method. If the charge is still unexplained, it asks you to contact Crunchyroll Support with a screenshot of the charge, the date and amount, the card brand, the name on the card, the expiration date, the billing ZIP code and only the last four digits of the card. Cancel where the membership was started
Crunchyroll says deleting the app, logging out or removing a payment method does not cancel a membership; you have to cancel through the method used to sign up. For a membership bought directly on Crunchyroll.com with a card or PayPal, the cancel option is in the website's account settings, and Premium perks continue until the end of the billing period. A monthly membership renews on the same date each month. App signups are managed through the Crunchyroll app or the Apple or Google account, and partner signups (Amazon, PlayStation, Roku, YouTube) must be cancelled on that platform.

If you believe the card was used without permission, the OCC's HelpWithMyBank guidance says to notify your bank promptly, in person, by phone or in writing as the account agreement describes, and says the bank must report the result of a credit card investigation within two complete billing cycles or 90 days, whichever is less.
