En résumé
CCD (Corporate Credit or Debit). CCD is the standard commercial ACH code used for business-to-business (B2B) payments, vendor invoices, intercompany transfers, and tax payments.
Important : Ce que ce code N'EST PAS
CCD is not a credit card fee, debit card transaction, or retail store. If a CCD debit appears on a personal consumer account, it usually means a business mistakenly formatted the entry or processed a corporate transfer against a personal routing number.
Comprendre CCD
CCD (Corporate Credit or Debit) is designated exclusively for commercial and business bank accounts to transmit funds between business entities.
Commonly used by businesses to pay vendor invoices, transfer funds between internal operating accounts, or submit federal, state, and local tax payments.
Unlike consumer transfers (PPD/WEB), CCD transactions are governed by commercial agreements and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC-4A), which have substantially shorter return and error-dispute windows (typically 2 banking days rather than the 60-day consumer window under Regulation E).
Comment trouver le vrai commerçant
- Étape 1 Look at the corporate name printed alongside 'CCD' on your business or commercial statement.
- Étape 2 Cross-reference your accounts payable ledger or accounting software for vendor payments due on that date.
- Étape 3 If seen on a personal checking account, contact your bank immediately to verify why a commercial debit classification was routed to your consumer account.
