Medium operates an open publishing platform where authors can paywall stories under the Partner Program. A Medium membership provides unlimited reading access.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. Web signups bill as MEDIUM* MEMBERSHIP or MEDIUM.COM.
- Monthly Medium Member subscription renewal ($5.00/month).
- Annual Medium Member subscription renewal ($50.00/year).
- Friend of Medium tier subscription renewal ($15/month or $150/year).
- Check medium.com/me/settings Log in at medium.com, go to Settings > Membership to inspect your active tier and renewal date.
- Cancel membership online Click 'Cancel membership' under the Membership tab to turn off auto-renewal before your next cycle.
How do I cancel Medium membership?
Sign in at medium.com, click your profile picture, go to Settings > Membership, and select Cancel Membership.
