Why Life Time charges appear on your statement
Life Time operates large-scale athletic country clubs. Monthly dues are charged on the first of each calendar month. Additional line items include LifeSpa appointments, LifeCafe tabs, and private swimming lessons.
Life Time memberships require written notice at least 30 days prior to the first of the month to avoid being billed for the following month.
- Primary club monthly membership dues for individuals or families.

How do I cancel a Life Time membership?
