ParkWhiz allows drivers to secure parking spaces ahead of time for concerts, sports events, or daily commuting. The payment goes to ParkWhiz, who then issues a digital pass to scan at the garage.
The charge hits your credit card at the moment you finalize the reservation, regardless of when the event is scheduled.
Managing Your Booking
If your plans change, ParkWhiz allows you to cancel the reservation for a full refund up until the arrival time stated on your pass.
However, if the event is canceled or postponed, you must manually cancel your parking reservation in the app to avoid being charged.
